Shipping & return
It are exciting times after you've ordered your piece of Lasand jewellery. You can now sit back and relax. You have put the wheels in motion and your piece of Lasand Jewellery is crafted just for you. This will take about 3 weeks. Your piece will be shipped to you, please allow some shipping time.
Lasand charges the following shipping costs:
- Netherlands: you receive free shipping on all orders. Normally this costs €8,60
- International shipping: between €14,65 and €31,80 depending on country.
Shipping will be done by Post NL and after shipping I will send you the track and trace code so you can follow your package on it's way to you.
Return items
Once your jewel has arrived I hope you will wear it with much joy. If for some reason you are not happy with your piece of jewellery do not hesitate to let me know within 7 days. Send me an email with the following:
- The product name or description
- The reason for returning the item.
- In case of exchange: the article for which you wish to exchange.
I will send you a reply with instructions on returning the item. The product that needs to be returned or exchanged has to be back at the studio within 2 weeks. Once I have received the return article and I have checked it I will refund your payment within 30 days (minus shipping costs).
The return and exchange of an article is only possible when the article:
- is in undamaged state,
- is not worn and/or used,
- includes the original and undamaged packaging,
- is not personalized for the customer.
The costs and responsibility of returning the item are for your account.
